Regency built a 4 metre extension, involving some conversion of existing space, on to our 30s West Bridgford house in 2011. They won the job through our architect’s competitive tender. They also fitted new bay and other hardwood windows for us.
They did a lovely job for us, and we remain very pleased with all their work. Andy and Pete very effectively project managed staff and processes, the levels of skill and professionalism among the team were high and all the other traders used or recommended were excellent – plumber, electrician, roofer, tiler, floor layer. The team worked closely with us throughout, took care to protect the house and clean up daily and were fun to have around.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them and would be happy to show what they achieved.

My wife and I are small scale private landlords of student houses in Nottingham. It was our architect who first introduced us to Regency at a time when we were having difficulty with a previous contractor who was working on a rear extension to one of our houses. We have never looked back – the outstanding work was completed quickly and effectively and we have gone on to engage Regency to construct two further rear extensions as well as to carry out total refurbishments of two houses including in each case the re-siting of the internal stairs and involving complicated reconfiguration of rooms. On each occasion it has been a pleasure working with Pete and Andy and their team and we have been impressed with the work that they have carried out and the way they dealt with difficult issues that have arisen. Where there have been any subsequent problems (very few!), we have found Regency ready and willing to deal with these. We would have no hesitation in recommending Regency.
